La Perla Nera was founded in 2010 to give life to an art handed down by my mother. In the 60’s she created samples with Murano glass beads for companies in Murano and taught a group of women how to reproduce them.
Over the years, although my mother stopped, the fascination and love for beads developed in me the imagination and manual skills. I began to create unique jewelry by combining glass beads with semi-precious stones, mother-of-pearl, crystals and silk.

In 2015 with the association Ama (of which I was part) I participated in the event EXPO Venice. I created with the various shades of water, the top Stilla.
With a game of empty and full transparencies, which give dynamism and movement as water is, this garment won the first prize of the popular jury and the first prize of the technical jury.

Also in 2015 with the association Ama we twinned with the city of Modica (RG) for the event Cioccomodica.
For the occasion was born a lingerie “Chery” with colors reminiscent of cocoa, cinnamon and vanilla. A right combination between the art of Murano beads and the incomparable artistic gastronomy of Modica’s chocolate.
Chery with Stilla have been on display at the chocolate museum in Modica for a long time. In 2018 I participated at the request of the owner has an event with a fashion show at Palazzo Marin.
In 2020 with the Arts Connection association, of which I am now a member, two fashion shows were also organized in Venice, one in campo Sant’Agostino and one in campo Santa Maria del Giglio with Hotel Belsito.
