The project stems from the intimate and often forgotten need for objects that inspire us, linked to that golden age capable of illuminating the darkest moments with the power of imagination: childhood, where fairy tales dominate over the interpretation of reality. It consists in the reinterpretation of famous fairy tales on tiles decorated with enamel. The glazed colors refract light, a key element to read the uniqueness of Venice. What would the city be, the frame of our most phantasmagorical imagination, without the alchemy between blinding reflections and aquatic transparencies?
The compositions are of 2 types:
1- Metaphysical and two-dimensional setting, in reference to a rarefied and fairy-tale atmosphere;
2- Venetian and three-dimensional setting, with re-proposition of salient moments of the fairy tale in real places of the historical city.
