I am an italian artist, born in Venice, a city that I love and where I have returned a few years ago after a long period abroad.
I worked for a few years in the tourism field, then, at the end of the ’80s, I decided to follow my passion for art.
At the Scuola Internazionale di Grafica I studied drawing and engraving, then painting at the studio of the maestro Oddino Guarnieri.
In 1993, after a few trips there, I moved to México where I lived during 20 years.
Living between Cancun and Isla Mujeres, I have been working in my studio boutique, where I presented my works, such as watercolors and acrylics on canvas and, during the last years , a collection of jewels of ethnic inspiration, made with hard stones, wood, glass and ceramic.
I also took part of several exhibitions in the Cancun area and in Baja California Sur.
Returned to Venice in 2013, I presented my paintings at the G&B gallery in Mestre, with an exhibition called “Horizons”.
Then I found a new passion for the “carnets de voyages” (travel diaries), and joined the Urban Sketchers group, I participated to several exhibitions in Italy and in France(“Rendez- vous de Carnets de voyages/Clermont Ferrand).
Thank to this ,I developed more than ever my love for watercolors, mostly of those are now at display in original and print in my new boutique in Venice, together with a new collection of handmade bijoux.
