The history of MNMVenezia (Michela Nardin Mosaici) revolves mainly around the city of Venice, where Michela grew up and where she began her artistic career. Particularly interested in the ancient tradition of glass working and mosaic art, such as that of the renowned Orsoni furnace, she specialized in antique printing. She worked for ten years as a restorer of wall paintings.
Today Michela Nardin collaborates with the most famous furnaces and glassworks in Venice. She explores new creative processes and ancient materials, such as stucco marmorino, to constantly improve her mosaic art.
